親愛的同學們，你們好！
鑒于目前疫情狀況，你們中有的同學選擇了回國度假，有的選擇留在國內其他城市，有的選擇留在學校，但無論您在哪里，學校都在關心和關注著你們，希望所有人按照規定和要求，每天都給班主任老師報平安。
回國度假的同學，請您按照本國當地要求主動做好隔離防護觀察工作，確保親人和同胞的平安。在接到學校開學通知前，請不要擅自返回學校。
留在國內其他城市的同學，請主動做好自我防護，不要出門，不要聚集。在接到學校開學通知前，請不要擅自返回學校。
留在學校的同學，請按規定和要求待在宿舍，不要出門，不要聚集，盡量減少彼此往來，堅持每天接受兩次體溫監測，同時堅決做到服從班主任、公寓管理員、值班老師的管理。
我們非常理解，此時此刻，不能想去哪兒就去哪兒，想干什么就干什么的日子是十分乏味難熬的，但是，我們正處于抗擊和防控病毒的關鍵期，需要每一個人的無私付出。對于你們中的每個人來說，服從學校的管理，遵守相關規定，待在自己的房間，待在學校，減少往來和聚集，就是對學校、對中國、對世界的最大貢獻！
特殊時期，希望同學們學會特殊安排自己的生活，一個人在房間里也可以鍛煉、學習、讀書娛樂，也可以準備論文、準備HSK考試，也可以通過QQ、微信、電話向老師請教學習問題，簡樸的餐飲同樣可以保證人體的健康需要。當然，如果你們當中有人確實需要幫助，請報告老師，學校會在第一時間向你們提供力所能及的幫助。
在這場全人類和病魔的戰爭中，每一個有責任心的人都應該知道自己該怎么做，更何況是你們——受過良好教育的大學生。希望你們中的每一個人，都做遵章守紀的模范，做自我防護的模范，做抗擊疫情的模范，做維護和展示你們祖國良好國際形象的模范，做積極推進建設人類命運共同體的模范！

A letter to all international students
of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics
Dear students,
In view of the current epidemic situation, some students have chosen to return back to your countries for vacation, some have chosen to stay in other cities in China and some have chosen to stay in college campus. No matter where you are, the college is caring and paying attention to you. We hope that everyone of you could report daily to your head teacher as required and let us know you are safe.
Students who had returned back home, please take the initiative self-isolation and observation according to local requirements in your countries to ensure the safety of loved ones and compatriots. Please do not return to college before receiving the formal notice of the University.
Students who stay in other cities in China should take the initiative prevention and protection measures by themselves. Do not go out and gather with others. Please do not return to college before receiving the formal notice of the University.
Students who are staying in the college campus, please stay in the dormitory according to regulations and requirements, do not go out, do not gather and reduce mutual contact. Please insist on receiving temperature monitoring twice a day and resolutely obey the management of the class teacher, apartment administrator and on-duty teacher.
We deeply understand that it is very tedious for all of us for we can not go wherever we want and do whatever we want to do at this moments. However, we are in the critical period of fighting, preventing and controlling the novel coronavirus, which need everyone's selfless commitment. For each of you, obeying the management of the school, abiding by the relevant regulations, staying in your own room, staying in the college campus, reducing mutual exchanges and gathering is the greatest contribution to the college, to China and to the world!
In the special period, we hope you could learn to rearrange your own lives. One can exercise, study, read and entertain in the room, prepare the thesis, prepare for the HSK exam, or ask the teacher about learning problems through QQ, WeChat, and telephone. Simple dining can also guarantee the health needs of the human body. Of course, if any of you really need help, please report to the teacher and we will provide you support as much as we can.
Every person with conscience and responsibility should know how to do in the war between all mankind and virus and sickness, let alone you are well-educated college students.
